Wood Stove Ring Forming Machine

This wood stove ring forming machine is specially designed to manufacture metal rings for rural wood-fired stoves, earth pots and portable cooking stoves. It automatically completes straightening, feeding, circle bending and hydraulic cutting in one continuous procedure for flat steel strip, galvanized iron and stainless steel band.

Available in hydraulic economical type and full servo CNC type. The hydraulic version features robust structure and low cost for small-batch production; the servo model adopts PLC & touch screen control with ±0.3mm high dimensional precision, fast size switching and high output for mass production and export orders.

Processing Range: Strip width 20–60mm, thickness 1.0–3.0mm; finished inner diameter 200–800mm; output 10–35pcs/min based on configuration.

Finished stove rings feature smooth cutting edge and perfect roundness without wrinkle, perfectly matched with iron pots. Widely used in domestic stove accessory factories and outdoor cooking appliance manufacturers.
