The Automatic Wood Stove Ring Forming Machine is a professional roll-forming equipment specially designed for manufacturing circular stove rings. It is widely used to produce firewood stove rings, cooker rings, furnace rings and metal circular accessories for heating stoves and kitchen cookers. This integrated machine realizes fully automatic processing from straightening, feeding, rolling, shaping to fixed-length cutting, which greatly improves production efficiency and product consistency.

2. Working Principle & Process

Equipped with multi-axis precision rolling wheels, the machine gradually bends flat strip materials into standard circular shapes without wrinkling or deformation. The whole production process is automatic and continuous:

Material Straightening → Automatic Feeding → Gradual Rolling & Bending → Circular Shaping → Fixed-length Cutting → Finished Product Discharging

Supported by CNC touchscreen control, users can freely set the ring diameter, material width and thickness to switch different product specifications quickly
