Auger Spring Coiling Machine For 65Mn Spring Steel
 
This machine is specially designed for producing shaftless helical auger springs used in livestock feed lines, grain conveyors and flexible screw systems. It processes 4–8mm flat/round spring steel wire into continuous spiral coils with adjustable diameter, pitch and length.
Featuring PLC control and hydraulic servo drive, it ensures stable forming, consistent pitch and long continuous production (up to 100m). Widely used in poultry farms, feed mills and agricultural conveying equipment.
