3D Automatic Rotary Head Wire Forming Machine
This CNC rotary-head 3D wire forming machine features a 360° rotating bending turret with “head rotates, wire stays” design, enabling precise 3D bending without wire distortion. Equipped with 5-6 servo axes, it automatically handles feeding, straightening, rotary bending and cutting in one process.
It processes wire diameters 2–16mm (steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum) for complex 3D shapes like eyeglass frames, fire extinguisher brackets, automotive parts and hardware supports. High precision (±0.02mm), fast changeover and stable performance make it ideal for mass production.
