Electric Heating Wire Coil Spring Machine

Equipped with servo wire feeding and servo cutting systems. It can produce heating coils of different diameters by replacing mandrels. The pitch and number of coils can be freely set on the controller according to production requirements.

Adopting full servo drive, the machine features stable operation, high forming precision and neat cutting. It is suitable for processing nichrome wire, iron-chromium-aluminum wire and other high-temperature resistant heating wires, widely used for producing heating elements for electric furnaces, heaters and heating tubes.
