Product Description

Automatic Wire Mesh Making Machine 

 

Working Principle

It consists of longitudinal wire feeding, cross wire feeding, spot welding, cutting and unloading.

Longitudinal wires are fed continuously, cross wires are cut into fixed length;

Long and cross wires overlap between upper and lower welding electrodes;

High current generates resistance heat to melt wire intersections, electrodes apply pressure to form spot welds;

Finished mesh moves forward step by step for continuous welding cycle;

Mesh is cut automatically once reaching required size, finished pieces drop and stack.

Features

Servo control ensures uniform mesh opening; resistance spot welding without welding wire, high speed for fence, shelf and breeding mesh production.
