Product Description
  1. Flat Bar Ring Forming Welding Integrated Machine
The machine completes feeding, ring forming, end trimming, clamping, flash butt welding and automatic unloading integrally.

Servo feeding: Traction rollers grip flat bar and feed with fixed length;

Roll bending: Multiple forming rollers cold-bend straight flat bar into full circle gradually;

End trimming & clamping: Two ends of ring are cut flat and aligned tightly by copper clamps;

Flash butt welding: Low voltage & high current melts joint surface with flash, then hydraulic upsetting presses ends into solid weld joint;

Automatic unloading: Clamps open after cooling, finished rings fall off automatically.

Features

Integrated forming & welding reduces intermediate handling, high efficiency and reliable weld, widely used for flange and base ring mass production.
