Flat Bar Flange Forming Machine

Multiple driving rollers clamp flat bar and feed material by rotary extrusion. By adjusting roller gaps, straight flat bar is gradually cold-bent into standard circular flange, then cut to fixed length. The finished flange features good roundness with less secondary finishing required for subsequent butt welding.
