Flat bar is fed uniformly by feeding rollers. Progressive bending via forming rollers rolls straight flat bar into circular ring. Once ring forming completes, hydraulic cutter cuts off material vertically to get flat and square end faces for convenient butt welding.
Feeding: Traction rollers grip flat bar for fixed-length feeding;
Ring forming: Gradual bending by forming rollers to form standard round ring;
Square end cutting: Vertical cutting ensures neat flat joint ends;
