CNC Spring Machine is full-automatic special equipment for wire forming, divided into two main types: cam spring coiling machine and camless multi-axis universal forming machine. Driven by independent servo motors for each forming axis and equipped with CNC control system, the machine can process stainless steel wire, carbon steel wire and alloy wire into compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, spiral springs, special-shaped wire brackets, clips and precision wire-form parts in one process. Traditional cam-type machines feature high-speed mass production of standard cylindrical springs; camless multi-axis machines require no cam replacement, with faster setup and higher forming flexibility. They are suitable for complex 3D special springs and multi-bent wire workpieces, supporting stable 24-hour continuous production with dimensional accuracy up to ±0.01mm.
